Damage or Loss in Transit (Shipping Method: EMS only.)

When the parcel is shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS), the contents are insured. In case of damage or loss, we ask Receiver to report the situation to the delivery agency. “Guideline for damage report” is enclosed in a parcel.

Import duties, VAT, Customs clearance fee

If Import duties, VAT or customs clearance fee is imposed, it is paid by purchasers. We regret that we can neither predict nor provide estimates for such fees.
