Damage or Loss in Transit (Shipping Method: EMS only.)

When the parcel is shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS), the contents are insured. In case of damage or loss, we ask the receiver to report the situation to the delivery agency. “Guideline for damage report” is enclosed in a parcel.
