Explanation of charges other than product price
Shipping fees and bank transfer fees are to be borne by the purchaser. Shipping fee: ¥680 (excluding tax) nationwide, ¥1,000 (excluding tax) for remote islands. Bank transfer fee (for bank transfers): According to the regulations of each financial institution. Cash on delivery fee: ¥400 (excluding tax).
Payment methods
Credit card Bank transfer: You can transfer money from your nearest financial institution. Transfer to: Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Ueno Branch, Ordinary Deposit, 7972003, Jammin Co., Ltd. Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery person directly upon product delivery.
Payment deadline
Bank transfer: If no transfer is made to the specified financial institution within 7 days of the order, the order will be cancelled. Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery person directly upon product delivery.
Sales quantity
The sales quantity is the stock quantity listed on the product detail page.
Delivery time
Credit card/Cash on delivery: We will ship within 2-5 business days from your order. Bank transfer: We will ship within 2-5 business days after confirming your payment.
Regarding defective products
Only defective products reported within 10 days of product arrival will be accepted. If the same product is in stock, we will exchange it for a non-defective product. If the same product is not in stock, we will refund you after you return the product.
Return period
Within 10 days from the arrival date of the product.
Return shipping cost
Returns due to customer's convenience will be borne by the customer. However, the company will bear the cost for defective product exchanges and incorrect product delivery exchanges.
Refund amount
If there is no stock of the same product in case of a defective product, the refund amount will be the full amount minus the initial shipping fee of ¥100 (excluding tax). Also, in the case of customer's convenience, the refundable amount will be limited to the product price + its tax.
